Susan started her first company at the age of 21, launching a remarkable entrepreneural journey that would span multiple sectors and continents. As her career progressed from small business to executive roles at large multinational organizations, she anticipated pivotal transformations in international commerce, and began investing strategies ahead of emerging technological shifts. Susan made prescient investments that ultimately translated into substantial returns for herself and her family. She created Avestix to bring institutional rigor and scale to her investment strategy and provie a platform for other families and individuals to participate in these innovative market opportunities.

Prior to forming Avestix, Susan accrued more than three decades of experience leading organizations across three continents, advising private and public companies, and managing assets and wealth on behalf of families, individuals, institutional investors, and corporations. In theses roles, she raised, invested, financed, and managed more than $1 billion in real estate, private credit, private equity and venture capital endeavors.

She is deeply committed to philanthropy and focuses on technology-forward solutions for people with disabilities , mental health, women and children, and global sustainability.

Lita-Nadine Quetnick

Lita-Nadine Quetnick has been in real estate for over 30 years. She is a Principal in JENS Corporation and has been a board member for decades. During her tenure, she has been involved in the management, sale and purchase of multiple dozen properties that required a thorough understanding of complex trading and reverse trading practices.

Lita-Nadine has also been involved in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties and has helped facilitate complex trade transactions. She offers in-depth expertise in commercial real estate transactions including those involving big box double net and triple net properties.

Ruan Lindeque is the Chief Investment Officer of Avestix Liquid Investments where he employs a long/short value investing strategy. In his role he oversees portfolios of equities and digital assets across global markets.

Ruan brings extensive experience in investing and portfolio management, global macroeconomics, geopolitics, monetary systems, global finance, currencies and financial markets to the Avestix team.

With sadness we note the passing of Len Lindeque in January 2025. During his career Len brought more than 35 years of experience in leadership, strategic thinking and communications.

A respected husband, father and businessman, he is deeply missed.

Ash Aly is a polymath with deep expertise in mathematics, engineering, economics, financial technology, and alternative data. He is also a technologist with in-depth experience in constructing indexes, ETF trading, investment banking, quant/data, applied machine learning, design thinking, analytics and exponential entrepreneurship.
