Ruan is the Global Head – Chief Investment Officer responsible for overseeing all portfolios of listed and unlisted debt and equities on global markets, including equities, alternative assets and crypto.

Ruan has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Business with extensive experience in investing and portfolio management with a special interest in global macroeconomics, geopolitics, the future, monetary systems, global finance, currencies, and financial markets.

Lita-Nadine Quetnick has been in real estate for over 30 years. She is a Principal in JENS Corporation and has been a Board Member for several decades. During her tenure she has been involved in the management, sale and purchase of more than several dozen properties involving complex trades and reverse trades.

Additionally, she has been involved in the purchase and sale of residential properties. The depth of her expertise is in commercial real estate with big box triple net and double net properties. She holds properties in three states as well as Central America.

Dan serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Avestix Group, where he oversees finance, accounting, reporting, fund administration, transaction support, and investment strategies. With over two decades of leadership experience in private equity software technologies across various industries, Dan excels in navigating companies through turnarounds and mergers and acquisitions. His career includes significant roles within private equity, broker-dealers, asset management, and financial custodian sectors.

His background spans executive positions and a proven track record of fostering value creation in portfolio companies, leading to successful exits and enhanced returns for limited partners. Through his dynamic leadership and strategic insight, he has significantly contributed to the operational and financial success of each organization he has been a part of.

Ash is a Quant/Data Scientist, Applied-Machine Learning Practitioner, Design thinker, Technologist, Fintech Innovator, Analytics Ninja, and exponential entrepreneur.

He is a polymath with expertise in mathematics, engineering, Economics, and Fintech alternative data while constructing indexes, ETFs, and Investment banking, Globally. He has led and coached Lean/Agile tech teams for HFT, startups, and enterprises and has architected cloud dashboards and data-driven AI/ML solutions for startups and Fortune 500. Ash is experienced in Digital Assets, Blockchain, mechanism design, and algorithmic trading expertise.
