With over $1 billion in real estate transactions and $500 million+ in capital raised for various projects, she has established herself as a proven entrepreneur, and prominent leader in the industry.

Susan is a veteran operator, formerly CFO or interim CFO of major international companies, and leading numerous global SAP ERP system implementations on several continents.
Earlier, as a Director of the City of Johannesburg's Shareholders Unit, she successfully implemented turnaround strategies for over a dozen companies, showcasing her formidable leadership, operational, and financial skills.
Susan is an active member of her community, a trusted investor and owner of private assets, and a proud wife and mother of two children.
